Low dose v/s high dose metoclopramide for migraine

Studies showed that increasing the dosage of metoclopramide from 10 mg to 40 mg in cases of acute migraine attack only decreases the pain by 0.6 point with the higher dosage. The pain points refer to the subjective scoring done on a scale of 0-10. 
Thus there is no significant benefit to use high doses of primperan. 10 mg stat will do...
